This option can be pretty useful when you want to install a multisite app on your site, or if you want a specific sub–domain to forward to the home page of your site.

You will be able to add a wildcard domain name with a single click from the Control Panel–integrated Domain Manager interface. You simply need to click on the Add Host button located on the right and you will see the Wildcard option at the bottom of the dialogue box.
